For our curly-haired guests, many of our stylists are certified in Deva cutting techniques, and we encourage you to embrace and celebrate your natural texture. If sleek, silky shine is your goal, we also offer and recommend Kerasilk and Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and professional smoothing care.

Cancellation Policy:

In consideration of both stylists and salon guests, we ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Cancellations may be done either over the phone or via email. A 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and a 100% fee will apply for same day cancellations or no-shows.

A credit card is required to reserve any services and a deposit is required for first time color appointments.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Dress appropriately: We kindly ask that you avoid wearing hoodies or expensive clothing during your appointment. If you are having a color service, we provide freshly laundered robes for you to change into.

Arrive on time: Punctuality helps us maintain a smooth schedule and ensures you receive the full length of your service. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other appointments.

Consultations: If you’re coming in for a complimentary consultation, please come prepared with ideas, inspiration photos, or specific preferences.

Clean hair: For hair services, freshly washed or clean hair allows for the best results.

WiFi: For your convenience, we have WiFi to allow our guests to work from the salon.

Children: We love children, however, the salon is not the safest environment for them. We ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced as we work with chemicals and sharp objects.

Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check and cash.

Gratuities: While we are not able to add gratuities to credit card transaction, there is an ATM is on site for your convenience. Venmo & Zelle is also an option.

La Jolie Salon & Spa offers convenient parking options for our guests:

Street Parking: Metered street parking is available in front of the salon. The zone number is 93022.

Franklin Street Lot: There is a parking lot on Franklin Street with a walkway that cuts through directly next to the salon.

Rates are:
$10 for the day
$5 for up to 3 hours

We encourage planning your arrival to allow a few extra minutes for parking, especially during evening appointments.
