To Our Valued La Jolie Community
On May 13, 2021 the CDC lifted many restrictions for our business. Due to the close proximity of the nature of our work, face coverings will be required to enter and must stay on throughout your service. The La Jolie Team will continue to wear face coverings and diligently maintain all sanitation protocols.
When you arrive for your appointment, feel free to enter without calling. Our indoor waiting area is now open, however, you are welcome to wait in the outdoor waiting area if you choose. All barriers will remain up in the shampoo and process areas. Should you feel the need for one at any other time during your service, please speak with your service provider or the front desk and we will happily accommodate you. We are also on two levels and can accommodate you upstairs if you’re seeking a less active environment.
• Please wash your hands in the restroom or use our hand sanitizer.
• Please have a credit card on file for express checkout.
• We are serving individual bottled water. If you would like something else feel free to BYOB.
• ATM is open. Cash payments and gratuities are accepted. Venmo is also an option for staff gratuities.
We ask that you reschedule your appointment if:
You have a fever, cough, sore throat or if you or anyone you are living with is ill with covid-19.
We request your consideration when cancelling your appointment and require 48 hours notice.
If the 48 hour cancellation notice is not met a 50% fee of services will be charged.
